The University of Zakho, represented by Dr, Karwan F. Sami, Vice President for Students Affairs, and Mr. Sevar D. Salahaddin, Academic Staff at the Civil Engineering Department, participated in the activities of a consultative workshop on “The Roadmap Development for the Implementation of KRI MSMEs Survey Recommendations”.

The workshop focused on the importance of advancing vital sectors by creating job opportunities, improving the work environment, and the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, in addition to discussing action plans to implement the proposed strategies.

Noteworthy, the workshop was conducted by the Ministry of Planning / Kurdistan Region Statistics Office in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program and with direct support from USAID.
